'When we purchased our old French property it required complete internal renovation, including the construction of bathrooms, kitchen, replacement of all floors, ceilings and roof support beams. This work was undertaken by Deux Chenes almost entirely in our absence, but it was gratifying that Neil provided regular progress reports complete with photos, making recommendations on design paying particular attention to maintaining the character of the property and overcoming any problems that will undoubtedly occur when renovating old buildings. Neil provided the project management required including obtaining any planning consent, liasing with plumbers, electricians and not least the installation of the new fosse. After completion of the internal works, external walls were rendered/pierre apparent as necessary. All work has been completed to our entire satisfaction and we are delighted with the end result.
